America’s largest veterans service organization works every day to uphold time-honored values. The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness.

Membership

The DeKalb American Legion Post 66 is one of the largest and most active Veteran’s organizations in DeKalb County, Illinois.

Honor Guard We are about Veterans helping Veterans. Our Post began in 1920-21, and we continue serving our Community, our Veterans and their families to have a better standard of life. If you would like to become a member of the American Legion, and we would like you to join us here at DeKalb Post 66 - if you meet the selection requirements as established by National American Legion Office.
